Tuition & Fees Policy

Accepted methods: Cash, Zelle or Venmo (please include your child’s name in the memo).

Receipt: A receipt is issued for every payment—please keep it for your records.

No‑refund policy: Weekly tuition is due in full whether or not your child attends, including:

• Personal absences

• Public holidays

• Emergency or weather‑related closures

• Power outages or any situation beyond our control

Registration Fee

Registration Fee: an initial fee of $40.00 is due at time of enrollment. This fee is non-refundable.• Enrollment fee: $40 (non-refundable)

Late Fees

• Hours of operation are 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Late fees of $1 each minute will be assessed beginning at 6 PM and will be due upon arrival. Continued abuse of the late pick up program may cause your child to be discharged from the Program

Late Payment Charge

• If payment is not received on the day that it is due, a late fee of $5 will be added for each day that it is late. If your account has not been paid in full within 5 business days, your child may be discharged from the Program

Special Activity Fees

• From time to time there will be additional fees associated with special activities. These fees are due prior to the event or activity
